Active Air Harvesting

Script:

You listen in workplaces meeting rooms can experience changes in the number of occupants crowded during times of high occupancy. Those rooms may be stuffy and hot stuffy. Even worse is that there will be a buildup of carbon dioxide.

Sleepy this. This results in deteriorating air quality. Some common solutions include to pump in more air from the building’s air handling unit.

But this causes overcooling and other issues. It’s too chill. Another option is to bring in fresh air and precondition it.

Oh, yeah. But this may not be permitted by some buildings. No.

Plus it may be costly. And in any case, it’s less energy efficient. Just don’t got the bread.

Got to protect Mother Earth. Harvesting air from areas of low occupancy. In this example, we consider a large reception as the low occupancy area.

There are meeting rooms nearby. There are many ways to do this. The most common are either active or passive.

At M Moser, we have developed a solution that is active. Tell me more. We do this because it is fast responding, energy efficient.

It focuses on air quality, provides cleaner and better air quality, reduces CO2 and doesn’t overcool the air cooling. I like that. Let’s see how it works.

Show me. When meeting room occupancy increases, a sensor detects the rise in carbon dioxide getting crowded in here. The sensor commands the damper inside the duct to open.

The amount of opening varies. A pressure sensor reacts to the change in pressure. The pressure sensor signals the fan control.

Air is harvested from the less occupied area. In this case, the reception. Now, would you look at that? You’re harvesting air and then the process repeats for other rooms, opening the dampers and providing air harvested from the large reception.

So active. And when everybody can breathe clean air, you’re at your best. You can create.

You can be innovative. As the room usage decreases, the dampers adjust and the fan speed is decreased. And this saves energy.

And when all rooms are unoccupied, the fan is deactivated. The end result is more comfortable rooms, comfortable healthier air quality and a reduction in energy use. That’s the best.

You dig? It is best for your workplace to be evaluated by our team to see what works best for your space. Get out. This cat knows.

He knows you it’s.
